While Voice2VoiceSim does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) or student PII for school accounts, some institutions may require a Business Associate Agreement as part of their vendor review process.

We provide a BAA template that can be customized for your institution's needs. The document covers:

• Data handling and security practices
• Responsibilities of both parties
• Breach notification procedures
• Data retention and deletion policies
• Compliance with FERPA and applicable regulations

Important Note

For school student accounts, no personally identifiable information is ever stored in our system. Students are identified only by anonymous word-combination access codes. Faculty hold the code-to-student mapping externally in their own files.
